Jewellery Care

We want you to get the most out of our jewellery and that starts with taking proper care of it. Looking after your jewellery will not only make it look its best but will help with the longevity of your pieces – with good care of your jewellery, it will look great for years to come.

Our top jewellery care tips

Your jewellery shouldn’t require frequent cleaning but if you do start to notice stains or marks you can use a microfibre cloth to wipe them away.

The best way to look after your pearls is to avoid getting them wet, this risks damaging the soft pearl. Don't wear your jewellery when exercising, showering or swimming.

If you notice any of your pearls looking dirty you can mix lukewarm water and mild soap to gently wipe away any dirt with a soft cloth. Don’t submerge your pearls in water.

To ensure your gold plating lasts as long as possible you should avoid getting it wet and avoid exposure to perfume, chemicals and skincare products.

Take caution cleaning gold plated items, with too much polishing you could risk buffing away layers of the gold plating over a long period of time.
